Turning Complex Information Into Clear, Engaging Learning
I'm a remote Learning & Development specialist with a passion for building training programs that move the needle. Whether it's a compliance course for a growing team or a change-management experience rolling out new tools, I design learning that people actually want to complete — and remember.
Most of my work lives behind NDAs and internal-only access — which is a natural reality of the enterprise L&D space. My background spans multiple industries including retail, cannabis operations, legal compliance, and process improvement. I specialize in Articulate Rise 360 and bring a consultative approach to every engagement — starting with the business problem, not the slide deck.
